Vacuum packaging is used to prevent oxidation, and an oxygen scavenger is also used in consideration of the oxygen remaining inside the material. The exterior uses a special bag with a high gas barrier property, and when it is filled with nitrogen gas, triple oxidation measures are taken. ・ Heat sterilization treatment. In this process, the microorganisms in the product are sterilized and can be stored at room temperature. ・ When packing the bag, visually check for foreign matter, and at the same time, perform a final inspection with a metal detector.
